Dr. Quentin T. Baldwin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the David Eccles School of Business. His work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, responsible leadership, and education systems, with a focus on helping institutions translate emerging technologies into practical, ethical, and scalable strategies.
Dr. Baldwin’s teaching and applied work center on responsible AI adoption, data-informed decision systems, inclusive leadership, and organizational transformation. In the classroom, he uses AI as a learning partner rather than a replacement for human judgment, designing applied experiences where students evaluate, govern, and use AI tools in real business contexts. His approach emphasizes ethical reasoning, credible research, critical thinking, and the leadership skills students need in AI-enabled workplaces.
As a University of Utah faculty member, Fulbright Specialist, and Project Management Professional, Dr. Baldwin brings experience in executive education, data-driven strategy, higher education transformation, and global development. His work spans AI literacy, predictive analytics, leadership development, workforce readiness, and governance models that align innovation with accountability and long-term organizational value.
