He joined the Department of Management at the University of Utah in July 2019 as Professor (Lecturer) in Business History, teaching MGT 1050 Foundations of Business Thought and MGT 3900 Women and Capitalism in Twentieth Century Britain. He was previously a visiting scholar at Harvard University, an Associate Professor at Wuhan University in China, and an Associate Lecturer at Cardiff University.
He holds a Ph.D. from Cardiff University, funded by an Arts and Humanities Collaborative Doctoral Award, examining the role of women workers in the British General Post Office during World War II. His research focuses on the social and economic history of the Second World War, particularly labor, class, and capitalism in Britain and Europe. He is the author of over 10 peer-reviewed articles, three edited collections, and one monograph, and has presented over 60 conference papers, with funding from the Arts and Humanities Research Council, the Royal Historical Society, and others.
