Alex Hoecherl

Alex Hoecherl is a Senior at the University of Utah majoring in Quantitative Analysis of Markets and Organizations (QAMO) with a minor in Advanced Financial Analysis. He is also pursuing a bachelors degree in Political Science. He was a Business Consultant Intern in Amsterdam during the summer of 2023, assisting a local tea shop develop new business strategies to regain customers lost during the COVID-19 pandemic. He then worked as an Associate Personal Banker for Wells Fargo, before spending the Summer of 2025 as a Finance Intern at Disney. Currently, he is finishing up his final semester at the U, working as a Finance Intern at Instructure, and has accepted an offer to return to Disney full-time in August 2026 as an Analyst in the Accounting and Finance Rotational Program.
